For CMCs and law firms

Every claim you’ve won has a second payout in it.

When lenders pay car finance compensation, they usually take tax off the interest (22% on payments from April 2027). Most of your clients can get that back from HMRC. We reclaim it for them and share the revenue with you.

The opportunity

More value from the book you’ve already built.

You’ve done the hard work: signing clients, running their complaints and winning their settlements. In most cases the tax taken from the interest is simply left with HMRC.

We turn it into a further payment for your clients and a new revenue line for you, with no extra work for your team and no change to your existing service.

Who we work with

Built for firms with upheld car finance claims.

Claims management companies

Offer every client with an upheld motor finance claim a second payout, and earn on each one without adding headcount.

Law firms

Add value after settlement without taking on tax work in-house. Your clients get a specialist; you keep the relationship.

How it works

Four steps. Your team does one.

  1. Agree terms

We agree your revenue share and put a data sharing agreement in place before any client data moves.

    Us
  2. Introduce your clients

Send us clients whose car finance claims you’ve won, one at a time or in bulk, with the details we need and their consent.

    You
  3. We do the work

Our case team contacts each client, checks eligibility, prepares and submits the claim to HMRC, and handles every query.

    Us
  4. You get paid

When HMRC repays, you receive your share. Every payment comes with a statement showing each client and claim.

Partner questions

Does this affect the compensation we won for the client?

No. The tax rebate is a separate claim to HMRC. The lender isn’t involved, and nothing about the settlement you secured changes.

How is the revenue share worked out?

It’s a share of the fee we earn on each repaid claim. The percentage is agreed with each partner and depends mainly on volumes and how the introduction works.

When do we get paid?

Once HMRC has repaid the claim and we’ve received our fee. We pay on an agreed cycle, with a statement listing every client, claim and amount.

What do clients pay?

Our standard fees, which come out of the HMRC repayment. Clients never pay anything upfront. See our fees.

What client information do you need?

Contact details and the settlement details for each upheld claim, including the lender, the date paid, and the interest and tax shown on the settlement. We confirm the exact fields when we set up the data sharing agreement.

What about clients who haven’t been paid yet?

You can introduce them now. We hold their details and start the claim once their compensation arrives, so the rebate follows straight on from the payout.

Who handles complaints?

We do, for anything relating to the tax rebate, under our own complaints policy. You stay responsible for your own client relationship and services.
