Everything you need to know about car finance tax rebates
Yes! Our service is 100% no-win, no-fee, meaning there is no upfront costs and no hidden fees. You only pay if you receive a rebate – unless you end the agreement early or don’t meet your obligations. Our goal is simple: to win your claim and get you the compensation you deserve.

Assuming that you are able to provide us with a copy of your Final Response Letter, rebates take 3-4 weeks. In the event that you no longer hold a copy of the letter, rebates can take up to 8 weeks.
You are not alone – the average consumer who has received financial redress did so on nearly 3 agreements! We are able to make a combined claim for amounts due to you from all of the claims – in one payment.
HMRC has introduced time limits to make a claim, following which you will no longer be entitled to claim your tax rebate – we also assume you would like what you are due as soon as possible. Therefore, we would advise you make a claim as soon as you can!

No Rebate, No Fee!
You have 14 days to cancel any agreement you enter into with Rebate Gateway after instruction – meaning upon completing an online application or signing and returning documentation in the case on onboarding postal application. You will not be charged if you cancel within the 14 day cooling off period. If you do cancel the agreement after the 14 day cooling off period, you will be charged either the full service and administration fee, or on a fixed-fee basis – depending on the status of your case. If you do not terminate this agreement and we are unable to secure a rebate from HMRC, you will not be charged anything.
